Appointments

First bridal appointments are typically around 1.5 hours to ensure that your visit is an intimate, calm and comfortable experience.   

When you arrive you will be met by one of our friendly bridal consultants who will get to know you better by talking through your vision of your big day. After an initial chat we will show you the designers and dresses that we have and together select some for you to try on.

If you would like to bring your bridesmaids along to your initial appointment this can add a further hour so please leave plenty of time.  Alternatively we can book a separate appointment for your bridesmaids if you would prefer.

We do recommend that you pre-book an appointment to avoid any disappointment, however you are more than welcome to pop in for a browse.  If we have no appointments at the time of your visit we will of course be able to look after you but please be aware that we do prioritise brides who have made an appointment.

When you come for your appointment we recommend that you wear comfortable, plain and simple underwear in a light colour. If you can wear or bring with you a good supportive bra this can help when trying on a variety of styles including strapless dresses.

We recommend that you bring an maximum 2-3 guests with you for you initial appointment to ensure that you have a calm, relaxed and enjoyable experience. If you find your dream dress you are more than welcome to bring other guests along with you to another appointment.

Delivery of a new dress is approximately 5-6 months and then a further 2 months will need to be allowed for any alterations or changes to the dress.  Alterations will need to be organised by the bride with an external seamstress, we can recommend someone local for you.  Once your dress arrives it is possible for us to store your dress prior to alterations, you can then bring your dress back once the alterations are complete and we will steam your dress so it is ready for your big day.
